We will take care of the shipping costs to pick up the product at your home within 24 business hours of confirming the sale. We will use DHL courier and send you the label to put on the package.
What happens when you receive my product?
Our technicians will check the aesthetic and functional condition of the product and that the technical characteristics match those stated. This process takes 24 working hours.
How and when will I receive payment for my product?
If the product matches the description, we will confirm the initial evaluation and send you the device transfer contract. Payment will be made within 24 hours after the contract is returned to us correctly completed. We will pay you via Bank Transfer or PayPal, depending on your choice.
What happens if the product does not match the description provided?
